Lovely hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms.
It's about 2km from Ubud center; on the other hand, you can either walk 20-30 minutes or take a cab/motorcycle there for $1-3.

The first night, the hot water shower could not be regulated to colder, they offered us to change room immediately.
- staff was asking all the time to arrange a tour whereas we made clear that we would look around first - staff was still very young, they were not very enthousiastic to work at all, although when you asked something they did it (they must have been severally underpaid or something)- the hotelrooms and facilities were worn-out, also the garden was not maintained as it should be, this could be a far better place to stay if all maintained. breakfast was very very basic (same as similar hotels in all bali). Rooms were not very clean. Prepare to walk 20 minutes to Raya Ubud (this we knew in advance, so no problem for us as we didn't look for centre-located stay)

The hotel is very beautiful. Staff are very friendly. It is about 20 mins walk to Ubud Central. But you can ask hotel staff for a ride.

My city trip was great, and I found the hotel to be a perfect place to rest. I enjoyed using the fitness center and the pool area, both of which were well-maintained. The location was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable.
Although my stay was mostly positive, I did experience issues with the Wi-Fi connection. The signal was weak, making it difficult to work efficiently. Additionally, the room was a bit small and lacked natural light, which made it feel cramped at times. Nonetheless, the hotel offered good value for the price and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a budget-friendly option for their city trip.

The hotel has a garden view and a beautiful pool. The staff are so nice. They helped in bargain with the one-day-tour prices and offered free taxi services to Ubud central.
The ground level rooms are a bit humid. And there is no water boiler in the room.

the gardens were lovely and the rooms were adequate.
The rooms were not clean, especially the bathroom. The sink leaked. The swimming pool was not clean. The food at breakfast was awful - rubbery eggs and limp toast.

No issues.

Amazing garden, very beautiful and green, with a big clean swimmingpool.
Rooms are a bit too simple (except for the flat screen) and the bathroom was really a dirty mess. But if you want to enjoy the garden, that's your place.

This hotel presents itself as a hidden gem, with a location close to the center but away from the noise and hustle of the city. Positioned in a village area next to charming restaurants, the hotel offers a peaceful and authentic stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, with air-conditioning and comfortable bedding. the pool area and tropical gardens are well-maintained, making for a peaceful retreat.
Some maintenance issues are holding the hotel back from being exceptional, with a few broken electric contacts in rooms.
